so , i will share tutorial how to fix that shitty Internet Positif on kumpulbagi.
this tutorial is very easy and simple , and this tutorial didn't use VPN or another

Tutorial:
First , download this HOST FILE
After that , put that File to Local disk C: > Windows > System32 > Drivers > Etc
Copy and replace that file , and Tada
now Kumpulbagi is unblocked

and you can try editing host file to Unblock another web like xnxx / xvideos
Just edit with Notepad ++ or another text editor
put web IP and Website , if you try to find Web IP you can use GetIP
